To explore the organizational role in error prevention by providing participants with problem solving, risk management, listening and teamwork strategies for the workplace.
This one-day, 8-hour workshop incorporates key points from all four preceding workshops, which results in a full-circle analysis of Human Factors error prevention. After a comprehensive review of key error prevention strategies, this workshop will take an organizational approach to problem solving, risk management and teamwork in the aircraft maintenance environment. An emphasis on listening styles and strategies will provide participants with the skills necessary to work towards total error prevention within their organization.
