To explore the role of senior personnel in maintenance error prevention and to give the leaders and mentors of an organization insight and tools which allow them to be effective mentors.
This one-day, 8-hour refresher course is aimed at aviation mentors who have already been introduced to error prevention through the Phase I and II workshops. Participants are taught how to be leaders and mentors by inspiring and motivating others to succeed in their positions. Discussion topics include goal setting, communication, conflict resolution, team building and strategies for error prevention.
